l'm also an expert in communication through engagement meeting enriched in gender equality and women empowerment and rights , sustainable management of environment and proven supervising field teams enforcing operation and maintenance frame work implementation for rural water supply facilities, controlling operation costs, improving water source functionality across multi districts such Mityana, Kikuube, Kassanda, Nakaseke and Kagadi, strong commitment to customer care , service viability, scale & regulatory compliance.
