I have a uganda certificate of education( UCE). I went for refresher training in heavy goods vehicle (HGV) with CNOOC and defensive driving training from uganda Driving Standard Agency(UDSA)plus letter of competence from ministry of works and transport allowing me to drive government vehicles.
